How do I place an order with Visual Impressions?

Visual Impressions' prefers to receive all orders in writing and authorized. Orders can be sent via email, fax or mail.

What information do I need to provide to customer service department for a new order?

The more information, the better so the following is what we look for:

  • Date Needed (event??)
  • Ship To Address
  • Ship Method
  • Item description - including manufacturer, style number, color, size and quantity of each.
  • Type of imprint(s): embroidery, screen print, transfer, digital print, specialty
  • Imprint(s) Locations: left chest, right bicep, etc.
  • Imprint Colors for each location: Please be specific
  • New Art or Reorder from previous order (reference PO#)
  • Artwork Files or description of what is needed
  • Typesetting: specify type style
What are your payment terms?

Visual Impressions accepts Cash, Check, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover Card, and offers Net account once credit has been established.

What is the smallest order you will process?

We will work with you in all circumstances to provide you with a partnership that works. We will process one piece orders when necessary as a service.

Do you have a sales force calling on accounts?

Visual Impressions has always prided itself with integrity and honesty. We are committed to working with wholesale accounts such as promotional distributors. We consider you our sales force!

What is your normal turn around time?

We generally like 10 working days to produce an average order.

Do you charge rush fees for jobs needed in less time?

As your partner, we will process your order without additional rush charges, but there are exceptions so please inquire first.

Do you drop ship orders?

We are happy to be your distributor and pick/pack orders to your customers for a small fee. Please see your pricing schedule for charges.

Do you send art proofs prior to running jobs?

All new jobs are run once a proof has been sent and approved. Reorders that have referenced previous jobs without any changes do not receive proofs unless requested.

Do you provide the blanks as well?

As a large printer and embroider, we at times are given very aggressive prices on blank goods. If you would like to purchase finished product from us, we will be glad to quote you a cost. Please remember that blank prices change regularly, so we are only able to hold prices until weeks end unless otherwise noted.
